Business Support Operations (BSO) Specialist ️ Key Tasks : Handle ServiceNow tickets (CRM, accounts, etc.) Work with sales to update territories & classifications Maintain approver workflows Run audits & monitor high-risk assignments Support future-year requests & data tracking 2. Area Win Room (AWR) Specialist Key Tasks : Learn AWR, ECIF & Azure Credit Offer processes Review & submit funding requests (via OneAsk tool) Offer white-glove support to sales teams Help streamline operations & assist with projects Key Skills (Both Roles) :

• ️ Advanced Excel
• ️ Microsoft Office Suite
• ️ Strong attention to detail & organization skills
