We are currently seeking a highly capable  Business Operations & Project Manager  for  MT Vision (https : / / www.mtvisionland.com) — a dynamic and forward-thinking company in the real estate sector. This role goes beyond a traditional management position : the selected candidate will act as a  fractional owner / operator , helping the company improve internal systems, enhance workflows, and drive both strategic and operational outcomes.

Position Overview

This is a multi-faceted leadership role that combines  project management, operations oversight, and business development . The ideal candidate will not only manage day-to-day initiatives such as posting and promoting land plots but also step into the company’s core operations to design systems, identify gaps, and implement solutions that position MT Vision for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations & Process Improvement

  • Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Design and implement scalable systems, workflows, and reporting structures.
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance, introducing improvements where needed.

Project Management

  • Oversee and coordinate projects across marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Ensure timely execution of initiatives with clear milestones and accountability.
  • Drive alignment between strategic goals and daily operations.

    • Marketing & Market Presence

  • Manage the publication and promotion of land plot listings across multiple channels.
  • Develop creative approaches to increase visibility and brand recognition.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and continuously improve campaigns.

    • Strategic Development & Growth

  • Conduct research on real estate markets, trends, and land opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations on expansion opportunities and strategic investments.
  • Work closely with leadership to drive MT Vision’s mission and long-term goals.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in  business operations, project management, or strategic roles .
  • Background in real estate (land acquisition or sales experience is a strong plus).
  • Proven track record of improving processes, systems, or organizational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a  hybrid role that spans multiple disciplines .
