Client Services Coordinator – Join Our Team!

Location : Mexico Remote

We’re looking for a Client Services Coordinator to support our Clinical and Operational leaders in delivering top-notch service to our healthcare clients. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our clinicians can focus on patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Be the main support for Client Services VPs, Clinical Practice Managers, and Medical Directors.
• Help resolve patient complaints (simple admin issues yourself, complex ones to the right leaders).
• Keep action items and reports on track to improve performance.
• Organize agendas, content, and materials for clinician and client meetings.
• Manage data : distribute dashboards, collect metrics, and prepare reports / presentations.
• Support clinician onboarding and orientation (introductions, system access, training, etc.).
• Help evaluate clinician performance with accurate data and reporting.
• Jump in with scheduling, recruiting, or credentialing coordination when needed.
