🚀 We’re Hiring : Customer Support Specialists 🌍

We have 2 open positions on our team 👇

👩 💻 Role 1 : English(C1-C2) + Hindi

📍 Location : Dubai

👨 💻 Role 2 : English C1-C2) + Spanish

📍 Location : LATAM (preferably Colombia 🇨🇴 or Mexico 🇲🇽 — Bogotá, Medellín, CDMX, Guadalajara)

✨ What you’ll be doing

  • Helping customers via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems 💬
  • Troubleshooting issues and escalating when needed 🛠️
  • Managing customer requests in CRM systems 📂
  • Collecting feedback to improve service ⭐
  • Providing product walkthroughs and assisting with setup 🖥️
  • Working closely with technical, sales, and logistics teams 🤝
  • Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism 🎯

✅ What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years in customer support or back office
  • Experience in high-volume support (chat, calls, or email)
  • Background in trading platforms, payments, or KYC
  • Problem-solving mindset + strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a shift-based / 24 / 5 setup
  • Experience in FX brokers or crypto exchanges is a must
  • ✨ Nice to have : Familiarity with CRM / ticketing tools (Zendesk, Intercom)
