Position Summary
As a B2C Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager, you will lead our direct-to-consumer sales function. You will be responsible for supervising, scaling, and coaching a growing team of phone-based sales agents. This is a remote leadership role focused on delivering sales excellence through structured training, performance analysis, and KPI-driven management. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in phone sales, remote team supervision, and optimizing sales systems for the U.S. and European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a remote team of phone sales agents
- Train, onboard, and coach new hires
- Develop and refine sales scripts and call methodologies
- Analyze call metrics and track KPIs to improve performance
- Implement quality assurance processes and monitor productivity
- Collaborate with leadership to scale the team to 8–10 agents
- Own day-to-day sales operations and target tracking
- Coordinate with Customer Service to align goals and strategies
- Maintain high standards of communication, discipline, and accountability
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of total sales experience, including :At least 1–2 years as a successful phone salesperson3+ years supervising remote phone sales teamsStrong knowledge of outbound call operations, sales psychology, and coaching techniquesProven experience with U.S. and European marketsSkilled in creating scripts, analyzing data, and improving KPIsFluent English (C1 level or higher) – mandatoryRemote work capability and reliable internetExperience scaling a call center or B2C team is highly preferredIdeal Candidate Profile
