🧾 Overview
We are seeking a highly connected and experienced Sales Representative based in Mexico to lead business development efforts in the submersible pumps for water wells , and UPVC pipes for water wells.
This is a critical role responsible for establishing and expanding a dealer / distributor network , generating a strong sales pipeline , and closing deals directly with clients across Mexico.
This person will be the face of the company in Mexico , serving as the key local contact and translator of the company's offering to the local market.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a personal pipeline of dealers, distributors, and partners within the submersible pump , UPVC pipe , and water well industries.
- Leverage existing industry connections to introduce and sell products across Mexico.
- Own the entire sales cycle —from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide weekly updates via Zoom and maintain day-to-day communication through WhatsApp with the CEO.
- Represent the company in Mexico by attending in-person meetings , site visits , and managing relationships across regions.
- Adapt and collaborate with the Indian leadership team to reflect company strategy and cultural expectations.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on deal progress , obstacles, and client needs.
✅ Requirements
Must-Have
7+ years of experience building dealer and distributor networks in Mexico for submersible pumps for water wells and / or UPVC pipes for water wells .Strong, active network of dealers and distributors in the water well industry .Experience managing the entire sales cycle independently.Ability to travel frequently across Mexico (minimum 15–20 days per month).Fluent in English and Spanish , both written and spoken.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Cultural adaptability to work closely with Indian leadership.Willingness to provide updates , meet deadlines , and overcommunicate in a remote environment.Nice-to-Have
