Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources areas within companies in the 3PL logistics sector.
• Proven track record in the design and implementation of structures, payroll control, organizational efficiency, and executive reporting.
• Ability to participate in strategic decisions and contribute value to management committees or boards of directors.
• In-depth knowledge of the Labor Law (LFT), labor audits, and compliance with social standards.
• Proficiency in analysis and management tools (Excel). Knowledge and management of KPIs.
• Practical, results-oriented approach with communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
