We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist based in Tijuana to join our offshore team. This role is suited to professionals with a strong technical foundation in paid media and the ability to manage client portfolios independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Own strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
• Deliver performance outcomes against defined KPIs and budgets.
• Partner with creative teams to develop compelling ad assets and testing frameworks.
• Manage client communications, reporting, and performance reviews.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign frameworks and best practices.
