Email Marketing Specialist

What You'll Do

• Email Marketing Strategy & Automation : Lead the design and execution of end-to-end email and SMS campaigns that drive outreach, onboarding, engagement, and reactivation. This means building automation workflows, setting behavioral triggers, segmenting audiences, and developing nurture programs that go beyond single email sends. Success is measured by the ability to deliver the right content, to the right audience, at the right time.
• Campaign Optimization & Testing : Apply a strategic testing approach—A / B testing subject lines, content, and timing—to improve engagement and conversion. Use insights to continuously refine campaign effectiveness and audience experience.
• Data Analysis & Reporting : Maintain campaign dashboards, track performance metrics, and translate data into actionable insights to guide strategy and targeting.
• Content Alignment : Oversee email template design and ensure brand consistency across regions. No need to hand-code—our tools streamline template creation—but a sharp eye for brand, content, and user experience is essential.
• Continuous Improvement : Test, iterate, and evolve campaigns, workflows, and automation to maximize performance across the funnel.
