Responsibilities

• Support & Troubleshoot : Resolve client issues quickly via email and chat—diagnosing problems and offering clear, actionable solutions.
• Document & Share : Build and maintain a robust knowledge base of issues and resolutions—helping both our team and clients.
• Onboard New Clients : Set up environments, configure software to client specs, and import data with precision.
• Collaborate and Improve : Work with Engineering, Product, and IT to enhance support workflows and tools.
