We are modernizing our systems and processes by moving from legacy platforms (QuickBooks + Aspire ERP) to NetSuite to better support inventory management, order processing, reporting, and long-term scalability.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Implementation Specialist to lead and execute the transition to NetSuite ERP. This role will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring NetSuite, managing data migration, and ensuring smooth adoption across multiple departments (finance, inventory, sales, and warehouse operations). The role is 100% remote and will require close collaboration with leadership, accounting, sales, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

System Implementation & Configuration

• Configure NetSuite modules for financials, inventory, purchasing, sales orders, invoicing, and reporting.
• Customize dashboards, workflows, and saved searches to meet business needs (e.g., warehouse dashboards, commission reporting, backorder management).
• Support requirements for tiered customer pricing, alternate items, consolidated invoicing , and custom reporting.
• Set up approval processes, purchase to order (PTO) workflows, and customer-specific pricing.
