Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for following defined procedures and methodologies to install, configure, test, maintain and support hardware and software solutions, including problem identification, system architecture definition / specification, implementation, basic integration, validation and verification testing, customer education, solution activation, and system restoration.

Your Role

• Building, deploying and / or integrating solutions
• Collaborate on fulfilling technical implementation deliverables such as detailed design documentation, system build, configuration and testing
• Based on customer requirements, serve as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suit the environment
• Resolve technical issues and offer proactive technical support
• Document solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development
• Contributes to the collective learning of Philips, sharing knowledge globally and assessing repeatable processes that can be leveraged across projects
• Practice configuration management and version control
• Execute activities as described in the Philips Excellence Process Framework
• Be a key member of the implementation project and / or service team; foster collaboration through sharing experiences, information, perspectives, skills and expertise
