Project Manager

Integrated MicroElectronics, Inc., also known as IMI, is one of the leading global providers of electronics manufacturing services (EMS) and power semiconductor assembly and test services (SATS) in the world.PROJECT MANAGERPurpose of the position : Responsible for managing and directing projects throughout IMI Mx.

This role involves leading cross-functional experts to deliver customer-focused products and services while supporting the development and implementation of project, pricing, and program strategies to continuously provide value to the business and its customers.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Knowledge of the electronic automotive industry and Core Tools.Demonstrated experience in Project Management and NPI (New Product Introduction).

Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong customer service orientation.Responsibilities : Coordinate with the CFT to ensure compliance with customer-agreed targets.Communicate with external customers and upper management regarding project status and day-to-day activities.Develop and drive strategies to meet customer requirements and recommend IMI manufacturing and engineering capabilities.Review aggregate program proposals or plans to determine time frames, funding requirements, procedures, staffing needs, and resource allocation for various phases of the program.Act as a high-level contact for customer negotiations on contracts (in coordination with the corporate legal department), pricing (in collaboration with CSCM), and other business matters.Ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability.Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedules, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers and senior management.Develop status reports, including project financials, to ensure the project team meets customer requirements and adheres to cost control measures.Assess the causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to the project team to resolve issues.At IMI Mexico, we value and respect individual differences, promoting professional and personal development in a fair, safe, ethical, inclusive, and discrimination-free work environment.IMI Mexico is an equal opportunity employer, committed to employing without regard to personal, social, or cultural characteristics.
