Descripción del trabajoLead and manage end-to-end project execution across GBS service lines, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Monitor project performance and report on KPIs, budget, and outcomes. Coordinate resources and stakeholders to implement new systems, processes, or service enhancements. Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / science / business, or a related field, completed.
- Strong experience working in multi-cultural teams.
- 5+ years experience and track record in direct, program, and project management.
- 3 years’ leadership experience in program / project management functions spanning company-wide technology and complex Information Technology programs / projects
- Having proven experience implementing Model N solutions within the MedTech or Pharma sector.
- 2 years’ leadership experience in program / project management functions spanning company-wide technology and complex Information Technology programs / projects.
- 1 year of experience in planning (ERP / Financials) implementations.
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.
- Strong communications skills in English
- It's a Plus if you have certifications such as : Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP, CSM Scrum or SAFE
