Program Manager his role involves leading a team of cross-functional experts in delivering customer-focused products and services and will support the development and implementation of project, pricing and program strategies to continue to deliver value to the business and Your clients.

Coordinates the development and implementation of Global Account strategies and projects with the support of a cross-functional customer service team (CFT), coordinates the delivery of products and services, aligned with customer expectations.

Plan, Organize, and direct sales schedules and forecasts

Lead the execution of customer requirements and, through that, deliver the projected value to Trend Technologies and its customers, using the company's tools and initiatives, to maintain the business relationship and maximize customer satisfaction.

The Program Manager focuses on maximizing account benefits, meeting contractual agreements, and managing scope to maintain expected / quoted financial performance while minimizing risk and maximizing opportunity.

Supervise and monitor all interdepartmental activities ensuring compliance with all commitments made in relation to product development deadlines, delivery, quality and required business metrics.

Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical-Electrical Engineer or similar...

Fluent oral and written English.

knowledge :

Previous experience in NPI and Sustaining

Experience in electronic manufacturing industry, metal mechanics or high precision plastic injection

Experience in managing CFT teams.

Extensive knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel)

Ability to interact and communicate with the different levels of the organization.

Highly organized, disciplined and applied to methods and procedures.

Customer service experience.

Baan, SAP or any other MRP system.

Microsoft Project Disabled.
