Responsibilities

Manages : OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer requests and reports.

Flexibility (able to take calls / meeting out of standard work time).

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business, Finance or similar.

English 90%

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Minimum 7 years experience in customer service / program management.

Excellent communication skills, ability to handle a group of direct report employees.

Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.

Understands shipment process / methods and incoterms.
