We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong knowledge of Scrum and / or SDLC methodologies . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that all activities are aligned with business goals, completed on time, and

meet quality standards.

Qualifications

5 years of experience as a Project Manager in technology or business projects.
Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and / or the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
Project Management certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee projects using Scrum or SDLC frameworks.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (when using Scrum).

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure effective communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure success.

Deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
