• Lead and coordinate cross-functional business and IT teams to ensure alignment on project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Manage GTM project lifecycle , including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of scope, risks, issues, resources, and budgets.
• Drive collaboration with vendors and stakeholders , ensuring timely delivery and compliance with standards, policies, and governance.
• Facilitate technical discussions, system integrations, and UAT / testing , providing insights to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts : integrated plans, communication plans, status reports, risk / issue logs, and cut-over strategies.
• Track project metrics (scope changes, schedule variances, satisfaction) and forecast resource capacity across programs.
• Establish and maintain communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Perfil buscado

• Over 10 years leading GTM transformation IT projects in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry.
• Experienced in managing new pharmaceutical product launches and delivering complex, strategic projects.
• Expert in project management : scope definition, integrated scheduling, risk and budget management, team building, and stakeholder communication at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of Change Management and software development processes, including outsourcing and off-shoring.
• Skilled at collaborating in matrix and global organizations , motivating teams, and maintaining productive relationships with vendors and partners.
• Advanced negotiation and executive communication skills, including preparation of presentations for senior leadership.
• Experienced with project management tools and Service Now implementations and updates. are desirable.
