Lead and coordinate cross-functional business and IT teams to ensure alignment on project scope, schedule, and deliverables.

Manage GTM project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of scope, risks, issues, resources, and budgets.

Drive collaboration with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with standards, policies, and governance.

Facilitate technical discussions, system integrations, and UAT / testing, providing insights to support decision-making.

Develop and maintain project artifacts : integrated plans, communication plans, status reports, risk / issue logs, and cut-over strategies.

Track project metrics (scope changes, schedule variances, satisfaction) and forecast resource capacity across programs.

Establish and maintain communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

Over 10 years leading GTM transformation IT projects in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry.

Experienced in managing new pharmaceutical product launches and delivering complex, strategic projects.

Expert in project management : scope definition, integrated scheduling, risk and budget management, team building, and stakeholder communication at all levels.

Strong knowledge of Change Management and software development processes, including outsourcing and off-shoring.

Skilled at collaborating in matrix and global organizations, motivating teams, and maintaining productive relationships with vendors and partners.

Advanced negotiation and executive communication skills, including preparation of presentations for senior leadership.

Experienced with project management tools and Service Now implementations and updates. are desirable.
