We are seeking a Senior Manager for the Test Die and Scribe (TD&S) Design team in Guadalajara (GDL), Mexico.

The TD&S team is responsible for the design, layout, and verification of test structures that enable device development, compact modeling, reliability modeling, and Fab process monitoring. You will work with peers in the US, India, and Japan as part of a global team, contributing to physical layout, floor planning, and verification using DRC and in-house tools. You will help foster a one-team culture across TD&S locations and focus on execution, quality, and continuous improvement. This role will involve working on all technology types at Micron.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Guadalajara TD&S team staffing, development, and performance.
• Partner with Mask-Tech leaders to maintain an effective working relationship.
• Accountable for Guadalajara TD&S work to meet committed DBR dates.
• Collaborate on and drive TD&S technology roadmap including :
• State-of-the-art tools and design / verification methodologies
• Automation and AI solutions to improve efficiency
• Define and lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects critical for TD&S solutions
