Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of IT and business solutions in a global, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a solid technical background across multiple technologies, and a proven ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Coordinate cross-functional global teams, driving collaboration and accountability.
- Manage production support, platform engineering, and implementation projects across Oracle technologies (EBS, OIC, HCM).
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to optimize delivery processes.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align delivery with business goals.
- Provide operational leadership across HR, Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition (if applicable).
