Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and collaborativeScrum Masterwith up to 4 years of experience to support a single agile development team in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who has a solid understanding of Scrum principles and is eager to grow their facilitation and coaching skills while helping a team deliver high-quality software.

You will be responsible for guiding the team through core Scrum ceremonies, supporting backlog refinement, and helping remove blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution. You will work closely with the Product Owner and development team to foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate all coreScrum ceremonies : Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support theProduct Ownerin maintaining a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
• Track sprint progress usingJira,ensuring visibility into team performance and delivery.
• Identify and help removeimpedimentsthat affect the team’s ability to meet sprint goals.
• Promoteagile values and principles, encouraging team ownership and accountability.
• Foster a culture ofcontinuous improvementby facilitating regular feedback loops and process enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on sprint goals and delivery expectations.
