Java Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Java support specialist.
- Resolve issues users face when operating the applications.
- Analyse and investigate about issues.
- Review logs to find out what the error / issue is.
- Contact users to better understand an issue.
- Contact other teams to help on resolving users' issues.
- Maintain support for spring MVC, APIs and Java Microservice applications.
Key Qualifications :
Relevant experience at support and programming of Java API EndpointsSpring framework +2 years of experience as developer but preferably as support engineerAble to keep a fluent conversation in English, both understanding what is being told and expressing ideas clearly to the others.Competencies :
