Join Our Team as an L3 Support Java Specialist - Mexico Fully Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Java professional to join our support team. If you have extensive experience in Java, J2EE, and a solid background supporting complex enterprise environments, this opportunity is for you.

Key Qualifications :

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java / J2EE development and support
• Expertise in REST API, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Struts, Hibernate, and Spring
• Experience working with multi-server environments such as Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, and WebLogic
• Strong database skills (DB2, Oracle, Sybase, etc.)
• Proficiency in Unix and scripting languages (Shell, Perl)
• Familiarity with job scheduling tools like AutoSys, Procmon, and Crontab
• Hands-on experience with IDEs such as Eclipse and NetBeans
• Knowledge of version control and CI / CD tools like Git, Jenkins
• Understanding of support models (L2+ / L3) and production tooling (Jira, ServiceNow)
