We are looking for a strategic and business-driven HRBP Manager to partner with senior leaders across multiple corporate functions, driving impactful people strategies that enable business growth and organizational excellence.
In this role, you will serve as the primary HR partner for key business units, supporting a dynamic and diverse employee population of up to 150 professionals. You’ll be the go-to advisor on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, shaping initiatives that foster engagement, performance, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to design and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, including organizational design, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Provide insights and guidance on workforce planning, change management, and leadership effectiveness.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring alignment between business goals and a high-performance, inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
8–12 years of diverse HR experience, with expertise in at least three areas : organizational development, talent / leadership development, compensation & benefits, HR operations, or talent acquisition.Proven track record in multinational and / or fast-paced industries.Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into HR strategies.Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.Comfortable operating in high-pressure, fast-changing environments.Location : Mexico City (Hybrid model)
