Descripción del trabajoBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution. Minimum 2-5 years of progressive experience in a senior leadership role within the gaming industry. Demonstrated expertise in casino operations, marketing, and customer service. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Able to think strategically and prioritize tasks effectively. Master's degree in a relevant field. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction. Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems. Fluency in multiple languages (dependent on location).

Our casino is seeking an experienced and accomplished leader to oversee all aspects of our gaming operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through effective marketing, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and adapt our offerings to meet their evolving needs and preferences.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the casino floor, including staffing, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure seamless execution of events, tournaments, and other activities that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decision making.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, diversity, and employee satisfaction.
