On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for our Expert of Operations and Maintenance for Telecomunications Technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• 100% working onsite.
• Insight into Latin American intelligent operation and maintenance business, customer pain point exploration, network scanning, and basic information construction;
• Match customer pain points / needs, organize solution design and adaptation;
• Align with industry development goals, conduct pre-sales expansion work, summit exchanges, solution presentations, customer digital transformation, and solution guidance;
• Maintain strong customer relationships and cross-functional coordination.
• Analyze customer needs, design scenario-based solutions, and prepare clear presentation materials.
• High Advice about our services to other countries’ team around LATAM, act as a senior business consultant, understanding the whole picture, from costumer side and Huawei services.
• Communicate effectively with CXO-level clients, align internal goals with customer KPIs and pain points.
• English as first work language.
