Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales strategy across our agent / broker channel, aligning revenue growth with long-term scalability.Design and implement a structured go-to-market system that covers agent acquisition, onboarding, activation, performance management, and retention.Test and optimize scalable initiatives such as new incentive structures, digital acquisition programs, and referral loops.Build and lead the sales team : define org structure, hire key roles, and foster a performance-driven culture grounded in accountability and continuous improvement.Define and track key sales KPIs—funnel conversion, productivity, CAC / LTV—and partner with Data / Ops to build dashboards and visibility tools.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align lead generation, feedback loops, and client experience.Shift the current relationship-heavy model toward a more performance-led, tech-enabled sales engine.Support expansion efforts by designing country-specific go-to-market strategies, starting with Mexico and Brazil.Qualifications7+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in insurance, fintech, or another agent-driven model.Proven track record building and scaling go-to-market teams and sales systems in fast-paced environments.Strong understanding of sales funnels, agent / field force dynamics, and digital acquisition strategies in LATAM.Data-driven mindset with the ability to design, implement, and act on performance metrics.Experience designing incentive programs, growth experiments, and agent engagement strategies.Spanish and English fluency required, Portuguese is a strong plus.Non-Technical SkillsBuilder DNA : You're comfortable with ambiguity, take ownership, and can move from strategy to execution fast.People Leadership : You know how to hire, coach, and lead high-performing sales teams.Customer-Centric : You understand the reality of agents in the field and build with them in mind.Systems Thinking : You're always looking for scalable solutions, repeatable playbooks, and better processes.Collaborative : You work well cross-functionally and know how to align growth with the broader company goals.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits.The opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup in LATAM and shape how thousands of agents are recruited, onboarded, and supported.A chance to redefine how insurance is sold across Latin America.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.The chance to make a direct impact on the company's success and growth.We look forward to learning more about what you can bring to our team
