Product Strategy & Development ManagerThis is a full-time on-site or hybrid role for an experienced Product Strategy and Development Manager, located in Mexico City.The Product Strategy and Development Manager will be responsible for defining product requirements, developing and communicating product strategies, managing the development backlog, prioritization and working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.Key Responsibilities : Developing and implementing product strategies that drive business growth and innovationDefining and managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionalitiesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budgetManaging relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, and marketing teamsAnalyzing market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisionsQualifications : 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare industryStrong product strategy and development skills, with expertise in Agile methodologies and project management toolsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fieldAdvanced English and Spanish language skillsWhat We Offer : A dynamic and supportive work environmentOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesA competitive salary and benefits package
