Sales Development Representative

Backed by solid global expansion plans, we specialize in providing clients and investors with a high-level platform to operate in the international financial market, combining security, technology, and growth opportunities.About the Role : Sales Development RepresentativeResponsibilitiesActively prospect new leads in LATAM, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.Conduct cold outreach (emails, calls, messages) and schedule discovery calls.Qualify prospects and support in commercial follow-ups.Develop and maintain a portfolio of partners to drive long-term business opportunities.Create and adapt sales materials (presentations, one-pagers, decks).

Keep the CRM database up to date.Requirements2+ years of experience in sales.Advanced conversational English (mandatory).

Strong interest in sales, active prospecting, and client interaction.Interest in the financial sector.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.Compensation & CommissionsUncapped, highly competitive commission structure.Base salary : $30,000 MXN net per month.Quarterly performance bonus.Additional BenefitsLocation : Avenida Santa Fe (across from Parque La Mexicana).
