Financial Collections Specialist

Job Title : Financial Customer Solutions Specialist – Contact Center We are seeking a professional with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as a Collections Representative.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering high-quality service and resolving account concerns.Purpose : The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts within the 0-30 day delinquency range, providing efficient and empathetic service to address account concerns, and implementing effective payment strategies.Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in the U.S.Assess reasons for missed payments and offer solutions to regularize accounts.Perform skip tracing to locate clients and / or collateral using authorized methods.Build strong customer relationships through consultative interactions.Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments.Required Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.Full proficiency in English (C1-C2).
