Cost Optimization SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Cost Optimization Specialist.

This role involves working closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks related to cost verification and reconciliation.Key Responsibilities : Execute cost verification and reconciliation processes in accordance with internal standards and procedures.Provide operational support to the operations team, ensuring seamless delivery of cost optimization services.Monitor profit and loss statements for cost optimization teams and optimize headcount, process efficiency, and cost structures, considering attrition and business needs.Implement and achieve team and individual goals for the cost optimization area, including talent development and strategic alignment.Effectively manage daily operations in the cost optimization process, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls and client requirements.Requirements : A proven background in finance or accounting with a strong understanding of cost verification or reconciliation processes.5-7 years of experience in a leadership or coordination role within a process-driven environment.Higher education in finance / accountancy and a background in Accounting Services / Finance.Proficiency in English at C1 level.Candidates must have completed training in accounting (I, II levels), ACCA, CIMA, or similar.
