This is the basis of our diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as : Collections - NoramSoftwareOneScope : Full Time-Permanent | Office : Mexico City | Hybrid ModelInquire with our customers regarding payment through email, phone, and 3rd party portalsProvide outstanding internal and external customer service regarding collection mattersReview for account discrepancies, answer queries, and resolve short / over paymentsPrepare and issue customer refundsWork comfortably within excel documents and prepare comments for weekly aging reportsDocument clear and concise notes of collection activity completedCommunicate & follow up optimally with the sales department regarding resolution of billing discrepanciesAchieve or exceed defined department goals and activity metrics.What we need to see from you A Bachelor's Degree in any Business field is preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered.Knowledge of finance, accounting, and basic office administration procedures.MS Office experience including intermediate Excel knowledge is needed.Advanced English Level is a must.Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details, research and resolution skills.Data analysis, and multi-tasking skills.Good prioritization and organizational skills.Must be reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and have a professional demeanor.Proficient to work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.Ability to work independently and with a team.Why should you join our team?
