Cost And Inventory Auditor

Job objective : Perform inventory reconciliations in our internal system, monitor system and branch operational incidents.

Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency.Essential requirements :

• Experience : +1 years as directly responsible for digital inventory control.
• Accounting, Economics, Administration, or Finance
• Essential : intermediate conversational English
• Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Excel, Office Suite, PowerPoint
• Preferable knowledge of ERPMain Responsibilities :
• Compare physical inventories against system records (ERP / WMS) and detect differences.
• Review cyclical inventories
• Validate inventory movements (entries, exits, transfers, adjustments, shrinkage)
• Review and adjust differences between physical inventory and theoretical inventory.
• Prepare detailed reports with findings, root cause analysis, and recommendations
• Support monthly accounting close : validate balances, reconcile inventory-related accounts.
• Conduct internal and external audits as inventory liaison.
• Validate product costing in the system.
