Inventory Control SpecialistThis role is responsible for performing inventory reconciliations in our internal system, monitoring system and branch operational incidents.

The ideal candidate will present audit findings and identify ways to increase compliance and efficiency.Experience : +1 year of direct responsibility for digital inventory control.Accounting, Economics, Administration, or Finance backgroundEssential : intermediate conversational EnglishIntermediate-advanced knowledge of Excel, Office Suite, PowerPointPreferable knowledge of ERP systemsMain Responsibilities : Compare physical inventories against system records (ERP / WMS) and detect discrepancies.Review cyclical inventoriesValidate inventory movements (entries, exits, transfers, adjustments, shrinkage)Review and adjust differences between physical inventory and theoretical inventory.Prepare detailed reports with findings, root cause analysis, and recommendationsSupport monthly accounting close : validate balances, reconcile inventory-related accounts.Conduct internal and external audits as inventory liaison.Validate product costing in the system.Make accounting entries.Required Skills : Analytical skillsTeamwork and collaborationEffective communicationResults-oriented mindsetDecision-making abilitiesBenefits : Base salary of $35,000Legal benefits packageFood vouchersMajor medical insuranceLife insuranceGym membership platformBrand discounts
