As the Accounting Lead, you'll own the entire accounting function, from meticulous monthly closes under US GAAP to ensuring full tax compliance.You'll be the crucial link between our local business, our global headquarters, and our external financial partners.

But you won't be siloed in finance.

We're looking for a leader who will partner directly with our sales and operations teams, providing the financial insights they need to succeed.

You will also guide a team of three, championing best practices and constantly seeking ways to make our processes smarter.

Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliationsPerform monthly close activities under US GAAP working closely with external accountsPartner with external accountants to close statutory booksLead B / S reconciliation process, ensuring all accounts are tied out monthly to supporting documentationManage intercompany reconciliations and support global consolidation effortsCoordinate with tax advisors to ensure compliance with SAT (ISR, IVA, DIOT, etc.)Support audits (internal and external) and SOX controlsReview CFDIs to ensure alignment with accounting entriesLead in communicating with clients on rebate reconciliation and discountsCollaborate cross-functionally with commercial and operations teamsLead 2-3 Team MembersHR Partner for payrollWhat will you bring to the team?
