Currently, EPC manages ten properties with approximately 2,500 units.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Mexico City, Mexico.
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, managing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
This role also involves the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and management reports, as well as providing support for audits and tax filings.QualificationsStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger skillsProficiency in preparing financial statements, account reconciliations, and budgetsExperience with financial forecasting, management reports, and audit supportFamiliarity with tax filing processes and compliance regulationsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environmentBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA or equivalent certification preferredExperience in the real estate industry is a plus
