This role offers significant growth potential within a stable, innovative organization.Key Responsibilities : Lead and develop accounting teams across CDMX and another important city in central MexicoManage monthly close processes, financial reporting, and SOX complianceEnsure timely execution of fiscal responsibilities and tax complianceLead accounting projects in collaboration with the Finance DirectorRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred)7+ years of accounting experienceSOX compliance expertiseCPA or local equivalentBilingual English / Spanish proficiencyStrong technical skills including advanced ExcelCompensation & BenefitsBase salary : $85,000 MXN to $90,000 MXN per month, based on experienceUp to 15% bonus over annual remuneration30-day Christmas bonusGuaranteed company carVacation bonusLife insuranceMajor medical expenses insuranceHybrid work flexibility (based on company needs)Location & TravelBased in the north area of Mexico City (CDMX)Travel within the country once a quarterOccasional US travel requiredReady to Take the Next Step?
