About the Role : The Financial Collections Specialist oversees the company's financial collection department, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.

They supervise staff to maximize efficiency and work closely with external partners to drive successful collections.Key Responsibilities include : Coordinate team responsibilities to optimize performanceOversee outstanding payments within the personal finance departmentCreate strategies to increase successful debt collectionsRecruit, train, and evaluate team members based on projected collectionsProvide detailed reporting and analysis on collections efforts, trends, and issuesRequired Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience3-5 years of direct experience in credit and collections, with sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills2+ years of management experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBilingual in English / Spanish requiredBenefits : Competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth and development.Additional Information : Job duties may be modified as necessary.
