ServiceNow Consultant
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow consultant to drive the design and implementation of end-to-end Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions. As a key player, you will align technical delivery with business objectives, collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and partners. Regular travel to Monterrey will be required for workshops, stakeholder meetings, and implementation support.
Job Description :
- Design scalable, high-performance CSM architecture aligned with ServiceNow best practices and ITIL. Develop a deep understanding of our organization's business processes and requirements to inform solution strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Monterrey and remotely to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps.
- Lead customer workshops, gap analysis sessions, and solution design reviews. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Guide development and configuration teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of CSM solutions.
- Maintain platform governance, security, and performance compliance. Ensure that all solutions meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
7+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including 4+ years in CSM module. Strong understanding of business processes for customer support, field service, and omnichannel engagement.Knowledge of integration tools and techniques (REST, SOAP, MID server, IntegrationHub). Proven experience in ServiceNow CSM implementations in global or LATAM markets.Benefits :
