ServiceNow Developer with ITSM and HRSD - Remote in Mexico

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM and HRSD to join our team remotely in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, managing project deliverables, and working with stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Understand customer business needs and translate them into technical solutions on ServiceNow.
• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions based on client requirements.
• Estimate scope and effort, and suggest development methodologies.
• Create user stories and work breakdown structures for technical teams.
• Develop and configure ITSM, HRSD, and Portal modules.
• Track work items, report progress, and handle escalations.
• Conduct requirement gathering, technical reviews, and end-user training.
• Configure ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management, and Service Portal.
• Develop integrations using REST / SOAP Webservices and JavaScript.
• Configure CMDB, Asset Management, and Orchestrations.
• Set up ServiceNow ITBM modules and design reports and dashboards.
• Create custom processes, integrations, and applications.
• Follow best practices for ServiceNow implementation.
• Lead and manage a global team and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage project delivery, scope, and budgets.
• Ensure quality, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, and support processes.
• Set up integrations such as LDAP / SSO, Email, and Chat.
• Implement domain separation and data segregation.
