Descripción del trabajoLead the HRSD analytics and metrics workstream in alignment with business goals Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards in ServiceNow or platforms such as Power BI or Tableau Define and track KPIs and operational metrics to monitor adoption, service performance, and user satisfaction Conduct ad hoc and scheduled analysis to identify trends, diagnose problems, and propose improvements Promote data-driven decision-making and enable self-service reporting where feasible Build and demonstrate domain expertise in both internal (Bain) and external (market) trends Collaborate with technical product management to inform technology strategy aligned with product goals Stay current on ServiceNow capabilities, particularly within HRSD and related modules Contribute to platform governance, documentation standards, and reporting best practices Support broader ServiceNow initiatives, including training and cross-functional platform enhancements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; background in HR systems, analytics, or information systems preferred 3–5 years of experience working with enterprise systems (ServiceNow HRSD preferred) Proficiency in HR metrics and dashboard development tools like Power BI, Tableau, or ServiceNow Performance Analytics Strong skills in business analysis, requirements documentation, and agile methodology Ability to communicate technical concepts in business terms Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines Analytical mindset with ability to prioritize work based on business value Demonstrates leadership mindset and contributes positively to team culture Willingness to travel as needed

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Senior Analyst, you will support the successful implementation and ongoing enhancement of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. You’ll work directly with stakeholders across HR, Technology, and business functions to build out data-driven insights, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop actionable dashboards that inform strategic decisions. You’ll contribute to product development efforts by helping define and refine HRSD features, documenting user requirements, and supporting backlog grooming and solution validation. You’ll also contribute to the design and execution of product enhancements across ServiceNow HRSD and related modules.
Platform & Stakeholder Support (50%)
- Support the implementation of the ServiceNow HRSD solution, collaborating with business leads, technical teams, and vendors
- Partner with HR and technology teams to document requirements and support solution testing and deployment
- Assist in managing platform enhancements and backlog prioritization
- Translate business needs into system updates and analytical insights
- Participate in UAT and incorporate stakeholder feedback through iterative improvements
