We are forming new development teams in Mexico for a large-scale logistics and maritime industry project. This project aims to develop innovative software solutions to optimize cargo operations, improve efficiency, and streamline logistics processes for ports and terminals worldwide.

We are considering candidates from Senior to Lead levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product and functional requirements.
• Create and manage user stories, ensuring proper acceptance criteria.
• Analyze business needs, construct workflow diagrams, and document system capabilities.
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and prioritize backlog.
• Align priorities with project schedules and handle issues found in production.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve product functionality.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
