• Possessing strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD modules and functionalities, including recent releases and features like Employee Center Pro and Lifecycle Events.
• Requirements gathering, Functional Requirements, documenting user stories, Acceptance criteria, Defect / Bug Tracking and Reporting, SDLC, Agile / Scrum, API.
• Specialized in Now Intelligence applications like Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence and Performance Analytics for Business Analyst and Functional consultant role
• UI Policies, Data Policy, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Assignment Rules, ACLs, Service Catalogs.
• Update sets, Reports, Tables and Forms, Import set, Workflow, UI Action.
• Functional Testing, End to End Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing
• Collaborating with HR stakeholders to understand and document business needs, translating them into actionable user stories and functional specifications
• Develop a clearly defined vision demonstrating understanding of the client's desired business needs and end state. Analyze business processes and how those processes can impact the end user experience.
• Conceptualize and visualize end-user experiences that delight the customer; communicate the value gained through improvements in functionality, design, and / or operations developed in ServiceNow.
• Develop client relationships easily with strong people skills.
