Human Resource Operations Manager

The Human Resource Operations Manager is responsible for supervising the Solution Center Services and ensuring compliance with Human Development policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide timely support to employees, managers, and HDBP's to resolve Human Development transactions.
• Resolve inquiries regarding HD programs, processes, systems, and policies via email and phone.
• Manage organizational structure and employee labor and personal information.
• Ensure accomplishment of Solution Center calls, emails, and chats regarding HD processes according to the Service Level Agreement and HD Service Delivery Model.
• Manage internal HD systems and databases (MyHD ticket tool, Oracle HCM, ADP, Cisco Agent).
• Collaborate with IT to articulate business needs and systems improvement opportunities.
• Participate in pre-payroll process and resolve main incidents.
• Develop and implement improvement and innovation projects to enhance services provided.
