Human Resource Operations ManagerThe Human Resource Operations Manager is responsible for supervising the Solution Center Services and ensuring compliance with Human Development policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities : Provide timely support to employees, managers, and HDBP's to resolve Human Development transactions.Resolve inquiries regarding HD programs, processes, systems, and policies via email and phone.Manage organizational structure and employee labor and personal information.Ensure accomplishment of Solution Center calls, emails, and chats regarding HD processes according to the Service Level Agreement and HD Service Delivery Model.Manage internal HD systems and databases (MyHD ticket tool, Oracle HCM, ADP, Cisco Agent).
Collaborate with IT to articulate business needs and systems improvement opportunities.Participate in pre-payroll process and resolve main incidents.Develop and implement improvement and innovation projects to enhance services provided.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Advanced English proficiency.1-2 years of work experience in job-related area.Technical and Personal Skills : Excel (Required)Oracle / HCMProblem SolvingTime ManagementCustomer ServiceNetworkingOrganized
