The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They have strong business coordination and communication skills, and can put human resources policy into practice.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
- Talent recruitment, confirm business needs and build a team.
- Responsible for the management of expatriate personnel with the group
- Other work arranged by the leader.
