Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate administrative staff and daily office operations.
• Manage contracts and relationships with service providers (cleaning, security, catering, etc.).
• Oversee facility maintenance, office supplies, and infrastructure needs.
• Handle corporate travel arrangements and administrative support for executives.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.
• Support planning and logistics for internal events, audits, and company meetings.
• Monitor administrative budgets and seek cost-efficient solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to administrative processes.
