Position Responsibilities :
Oversee daily maintenance of corporate government relations, environmental impact assessment documentation, and routine inspection management
Draft, organise, and translate various company documents, contracts, official correspondence, and reports
Assist with business hospitality, headquarters liaison, team management, and cross-border project coordination
Monitor corporate tax, social security, and EHS compliance matters
Facilitate interdepartmental communication and collaboration to drive internal process implementation
Complete other administrative and general duties as assigned by superiors
Requirements :
Mexican residency status
English proficiency at B2 level or above, with strong spoken communication skills
Preference given to candidates with relevant administrative, compliance, or project management experience
Excellent communication and coordination abilities, strong learning aptitude, and a sense of responsibility
Ability to adapt to cross-cultural environments and handle high-pressure situations
