HR Generalist

A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking a Human Resources Generalist (Jr. Level) .

This role is essential in ensuring compliance with labor regulations and strengthening employee and union relations, while fostering a collaborative, fair, and productive work environment aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with current labor laws and internal HR policies, promoting fair and lawful labor practices.
• Manage all labor relations matters, including union negotiations, conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and labor inspections or audits.
• Represent the company before labor authorities and government institutions regarding legal and administrative matters.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies aligned with organizational values and culture.
• Collaborate in core HR processes such as personnel administration, organizational development, training, and workplace climate.
• Monitor labor relations indicators and develop strategies for conflict prevention and resolution.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with union representatives to promote constructive dialogue and mutual trust.
